Sheffield City Council expands its use of 360-degree feedback for managers
Sheffield City Council, awarded the prestigious accolade of "Council of the Year" in 2005, has extended its use of the McLaren Solutions modules as a continuation of its high-profile Sheffield Managers Programme.
Following the success of the initial pilot, the Corporate Learning & Development Unit now utilises the Performance Reviewer module to facilitate the following parts of the programme:
- Self Assessments
- 360-degree Feedback
- Strengths Inventories
- Learning & Development planning
This is used extensively across the council's First and Middle manager population. The programme is based on the council's existing competency framework.
This project builds on McLaren's expertise and success with Talent Management Programmes in the public and private sectors.
