Law Firm Irwin Mitchell to launch combined Staff Satisfaction & Culture survey


Irwin Mitchell, the leading UK law firm that prides itself on its reputation of being unique in the industry, is enhancing this reputation by delivering a combined staff satisfaction and culture profiling survey with the assistance of McLaren Solutions.

The staff satisfaction survey was delivered on paper in previous years, and has since moved to an electronic format.  The culture analysis was originally completed by McLaren Solutions in 2007/8, when senior management defined the desired culture profile and a cross-section of staff assessed the current culture. A clear progressive step is to combine the staff satisfaction and culture elements using an integrated online solution. The results will be compared to actions plans created following the first round of surveys.

The developmental project will be run in conjunction with McLaren Solutions and will utilise the Culture Profiler module over 3 years. The aim is to build on the positive Values and strong culture that the firm already promotes and enjoys. The project itself is particularly important as the firm has undertaken a number of acquisitions/mergers in the last few years.
