Aberdeen-based Petrofac adopts McLaren modules
                                                                                     
Petrofac, the Aberdeen-based oil facilities solutions firm, has launched a pilot project to review management competencies as part of the Petrofac Academy programme.

The pilot project, which is underway now and will continue through the coming months, will analyse the existing competency framework, develop some specific behaviours for Petrofac and then launch one-to-one, and optional 360-degree assessments.

McLaren is extremely pleased that Petrofac has decided to work with us on this important project, and we look forward to building a long-term relationship with the organisation and the wider industry in Aberdeen.

The McLaren Solutions Performance Reviewer allows you to undertake current and future assessments against management competencies and then provides a structure for the results to be discussed with an appropriate HR or Line Manager. The model is frequently used to enhance an organisation's Talent Management programme.
